Phone streaming: platform-hours = hours × platforms running at the same time. The more platforms in one session, the faster it draws down. Billing this way keeps cost tied to actual usage — one-platform sellers are not subsidising four-platform sellers.
Video live: the platform count makes no difference. It counts only the time actually played — the same file on four platforms costs the same as on one.

Top-up hour packs
Buy more hours whenever you need them. They go into your account, sit alongside the plan allowance, and do not expire. Phone streaming and video live have separate packs — video live runs continuously in the cloud and has a different cost profile, so the two are not interchangeable.

Before you pay
Sign up and get 8 platform-hours — one platform gives you 8 hours, four platforms gives you 2. The trial ends when the allowance runs out or 14 days after sign-up, whichever comes first. It has the same features as Pro (recording, replay and video live included), on smaller allowances. No credit card, and you decide after you have used it.
Annual billing lets us keep the price below a monthly equivalent. The amount and the service period are shown before you pay, and access opens immediately after.
Annual plans are non-refundable — which is why the free trial exists. Run one real broadcast on the trial allowance before you decide.
The monthly allowance included in a plan does not roll over; it resets each month. Top-up packs you buy separately stay in your account and do not expire.
Eight hours per session, after which it stops automatically. Start a new session to keep going.
Pro and Unlimited record every session. On Pro, recordings are kept 3 days — download the MP4 or push it back out within that window; after that it is deleted automatically.
